Poorly Sick Betta ! Help Needed

Heello

I am a bit of a newbie, but i really need some urgent help. My betta cant get his nose off of the floor. When he does try he somersaults and end up back where he was on his nose. His eyes look like they have a coating and is generaly an unwell boy. I read that salt can help so have cleaned the water and added a little salt. I dod have melafix but not totaly confident in using it. Please help i dont want to loose my little man

Lower his water leavels!
Make it really shallow in his tank. He may die just because lack of oxygen!!

My little man has died. Just went to lower the water levels and he has died. Rip little man ! Did i kill him ? i have always wanted a betta and i killed him ! Time to go back to goldfish i think

Cloudy eye is a symtom of a desease and it sounded like swimbladder, sorry for your loss, R.I.P.

i'm SURE you didn't kill him. A lot of times betta's you get in pet stores are sick and not looked after. Sometimes they just never recover from that fully.
RIP little man. How long did you have him for?
