Hello

My betta has barely been swimming recently and also developed 2 lumps, he doesn't really come up for food unless it drop downs to him. He always lays on the bottom and doesn't look alive.

What is the best thing to do can I help him from this point?

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

Pictures and video of the fish and tank?

What are the tank dimensions (length x width x height)?
How long has the tank been set up for?
What other fish are in the tank?

How long have you had the fish for?
How long after you got the fish did the problem start?
How long has it been acting unusual?
How long has it had the 2 bumps?

What is the ammonia, nitrite & nitrate of the water?
What sort of filter is on the tank?
How often and how do you clean the filter?

How often do you do water changes and how much do you change?
Do you gravel clean the substrate when you do a water change?
Do you dechlorinate the new water before adding it to the aquarium?
Do you have separate buckets that are used specifically for the fish tank?

What do you feed the fish?

I've tried to upload video but it won't let me

The setup is fairly new around 1 month but filter was already cylcled just rescaped the tank. Dosed seachem prime and stability also he was in a mature setup 8 gallon when the problem started.

Fed frozen bloodworm
Other frozen foods
Micro pellets
Flakes
Hikari betta pellets

Atleast 1 50% + waterchange per week

Oase 25 internal filter

Been acting this way for around 1-2 months, he spent most the time hiding or on the bottom. Had him around 6 months now

It's either a tumour or a bacterial infection. However, a bacterial infection normally spreads quickly (a couple of days to a week). If the lump has been growing slowly over a month or two, then it's a tumour and these is no cure. You just look after the fish until it stops eating or can't swim properly, then euthanise it.
