Hi all , my betta Sully has a little prob, during the day my tank is a sea of tranquillity, but after a nights sleep poor old Sullys tail is a little bit scraggy, nothing too bad but starting to look a little raggedy, was just wondering if the honeys could be the prob :-(

I don't know much about gouramis, but I suppose it's possible. If this is a regular accurance, I would seriously consider getting him a nice home to himself. Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong, but if a fish's fins/tail is being nipped at, it could lead to fin rot and other problems. And if it goes untreated/is serious enough the fish may die from it?

Gouramis and bettas are not compatible tank mates - they will regard each other as competitors and one will almost certainly attack the other.

OK CHEERS LOOKS LIKE ITS GOOD BYE WOODY AND BUZZ, WILL HAVE TO FIND YA A NEW HOME :(
