Whenever I try to feed him the two Gouramis nip at him trying to get at the food. I've tried putting two tablets in the tank so they wouldn't fight over it but they only seem to be interested in what the pleco is eating. Currently he has at least 3 big nips taken out of his fin. Any suggestion I've added stress coat to the water is there anything else I should add so that it doesn't get infected? I've also added a new plant to the tank to try and provide shelter.

Just resently watching the gouramis are also attacking the silvers dollars as well. Both gouramis are female and aggressive towards each other and the other fish in the tank.

Are the gouramis T.Leeri also referred to (depending on thier colours) as gold/three spot/opaline gouramis? If this is the case its not unusual for an individual of this species to become somewhat aggressive, and due to the fact that the violence is not isolated i would say this is the case. There is not a lot you can really do here, you have the option of living with the fishes violent tempers, rehoming them or trying to find something that can put them in their place. I would try for the 3rd suggestion by adding a male of the same colour form and size to the tank and see whether they work out their aggression, least ways it may prove to be a distraction for your pleco!
