Curious why no one eats these off the glass, and I’m assuming if I knock them off the glass, which I’ve done a couple times, and have yet seen anyone eat them floating around, they must not taste good to the fish??? And I’m guessing by the millions of babies in my filter, last time I cleaned one, that loose eggs, sucked up by the filter, just end up hatching in the filter… I am surprised that an Oto, or Pleco wouldn’t eat them off the glass, or one of my fish eat them, while floating in the water, after I knock them off the glass???

Most snails add a chemical to their eggs so they aren't palatable.

If you see unwanted snail eggs, remove them from the tank so they don't hatch.

Watching this… wondering if a snail would eat a different varieties eggs??? This is supposed to be a variant of Nerite ( Batman snail, trade name) those are pond snail eggs… sure looks like it my try them??
