Pond Pump Just Stopped? Any Ideas Why?

My Laguna PJ MAX Flo 6000 has suddenly stopped working. Its only 3 years old which is frustrating
Its simply a pond pump at the bottom that feeds the box filter

When I took it out earlier and plugged it in there was a little buzing from the pump but no movement. Now the buzzing has stopped. can they burn out? I have changed the fuse in the plug and its not that

Did you check the impeller? maybe its jammed the buzzing can be the sound of the motor vibrating in its housing as it strains against its own force. If the motor wasn't burnt out then now that it has stopped making the noise it probably has now.

I did thanks , took it apart and it was gunked up. all working fine now
