Pond Liner

how would i fit a drain in a pond liner please?and how would i get water to filter as pond would be 4 ft deep and filter is only 800mm high?as wanted wtaer level in filter to be same at top as pond in case of pump/power faliure

maybe you could cut a hole for the drain in the bottom and then a silacone or something around the drain.
thats a good question
