Hi all
My pom pom Oranda went belly up last night. One minute it was quite happily swimming around then next minute it was dead. The only unusual mark I could see was a red spot above one of its fins by it's belly. I assume that it had been attacked by one of the other fish (I know which one has been doing it but I noticed too late.)
I don't know if I am being paranoid but my larger Lion head is very slow at the moment and is spending a lot of time resting. It doesn't seem to be eating (but I could be wrong.) All my other fish seem to be ok but I am worried about the Lion head.
The thing is that when I found the Pom pom oranda it had died right next to the Lion head and they spent a lot of time together. Is there a slight possibility that my Lion head could be grieving with the loss of its friend?
