Looks llike a P.p.polli to me -Anne

For the sake of clarifacation the Polypterus palmas complex at this time and to the best of my knowledge consists of
Polypterus palmas palmas
(2 subspecies below)
Polypterus palmas polli
Polypterus palmas buettikoferi-Anne

Looks like a P.p.polli to me, might not be th same fish but its the same species.-Anne

nope its a P.p. polli
Most sellers other than 1 online source have no idea what species of bichir are which and usually go on whatever they are told
