Polyfilters.

Hi

I have just started using Polyfilters instead of Carbon and what a difference.
Now this is my first time experimenting with them and i am sure most of you have had experience of them.
What are your opinions on them?

Forgive my ignorance but what is a 'polyfilter' and where in the filter would you use it? (i have an eheim 2236) you say 'what a difference' can i ask in what way?

No Ignorance....I was the same until my mate said try them. I do seem to see a better clarity in the water but it is early days yet so hence the inquiry.

Its a filter that irradicates supposdley Nitrite, Nitrate getting back into the Tank. It can also Supposdley give you a specific colour of the Pad to give you what you are mainly filtering out of it.

Please nobody Judge me as its just the first 3 days so am still not convinced yet so hence my Question.

That's the best i can do explaining it perhaps someone can corect me or perhaps tell me more.

I've used similar products and I think the work though those were more like a rock or clay like material.
