Polka Dot Loach And Skinny Disease

i have just bought 2 polka dot loaches,
i was reading up on them and it says that they are prone to skinny disease, which i take it are parasites
and to treat them for it when you buy them, wether they are showing any signs or not, the ones i have bought are very small
so i was wondering
what to treat them with?
any info please

Flubenol15. It can't do any harm to treat, but don't rush out and panic to get some. If there are no obvious signs, I probably wouldn't treat.

This link has some info on treating it with Levamisole Hydrochloride.

im going to give them a week to settle in then treat the tank
do i have to half the dosage as they are loaches???
i will be reading what it says on the tin!!
but just wondering

no - treat full strength as directly. It's hard enough to overdose on this, but stick to directions.
