Hi, ive been looking at different loach for a while now and saw some Pokadot Loach / Botia kubotai at a Lfs, 3 for £25 thought that's a bit expensive, then saw a new sign on the tank saying "sale - 6 for £10 so i asked if it was right and is there anything wrong with them, he said they are fine, so i got 6 :D . They are 2 inches long. I will get photo of them when settled in. Found a picture of what they look like.

hehe im trying to choose between them and chain loaches ^^

I was also considering chain loach. I wasn't sure if these fish would just hide all day and come out at night, but They have been fun to watch today, i have a hollowed out piece of wood with several holes in it, they have made it there home, they come out one hole and go in another, poke there heads out to look round, they have even dug the sand out on one side so they can get in and out underneath. They play for a while, have a rest, then more play.

That was a good find, well worth £10!!!. 6 is a good number to keep, you will get to see their true personality. If their markings are like those in the photo then they're adults.
