Plecs And Sand

Hi, i know this has probably been asked before but.

2 weeks ago i changed my substrate to sand and my plecs love digging in it and when they have finished they are covered. My question is will the sand irritate there skin because sometimes it sticks to them for quite a while.

I changed to sand last year and the plec loves it, always digging and re scaping it. I dont think it annoys them though.

I came home tonight to find one of my Clown Plecs half under the sand lol

Id say if anything they love it

Sand is found in their natural environment, so I guess it could do no harm.
