I haven't tried that yet, but my pleco really likes the stem of brocolli, and have you tried algae wafers?:)

algae wafers..yes, I just wanted to change it's diet. I know I get bored eating the same stuff  But still need the seed answer.....

Add as is.
No need to remove seeds

PEAS! FROZEN PEAS - Boil 'em then shell 'em. They really are a 'Wonder food' and should be given once a week. They are crammed with vitamins and keeps 'em regular. Cucumber has very little nutrient content. Blanched zucchini (or courgette) is also very good. Just make sure that you get the excess out before it turns yer water manky!
