Just wondering what I can feed a pleco when there isn't enough algae in the tank for him to eat? I know about zuccinni, are there any other fruits/vegtables that they can be fed?

Most veggies, and algae tablet or wafer, they eat frozen bloodworms now and then, peas, broc,cabbage,sproats.

i feed mine peas, cucumber, blood worm and algea tabs

cucumber and algae wafers, some eat lettuce

Mine eats algae wafers and anything leftover that the other fish leave. Mind you he is common!!!!
