he will still get to big for a 4x2x2. you will have to get rid of him.

by the time he outgrows a 4x2x2 tank the OP prob would have upgraded 10 times by then lol that size tank is bare minimum but should do him for a fair few years 2 come .... comments like telling her 2 get rid of him is just not nessersary he will get big and can get huge but often more than not they stay in the region of 14-16 inches and that tank size probably would do him for life ..... and before u say yes bigger is always better :p

hey there, my plec is the exact same. growin so fast, i cant believe it.
ive a larger tank which houses my 3 turtles at the min, and t looks like im gonna have to sped up in building an outdoor pond for them so the plec can have a new tank  lol

d'uh i know that but read it in the context, i was saying a tank of 4x2x2 will still not be big enough. maybe i should have spelt it out in words of less than two syllables for some people to read.

uve got a seriously bad attitude m8 this isnt the only thread ive noticed it in so do every 1 a favour and keep you snide comments 2 yourself and just for the hell of it m8 the so called context of it has no relevence wot so ever reasons beens i never actually said that the tank would be suitible for life unless it only got 2 the average lengh of mentioned so give your self a pat on the back for making ur self look like a pratt and toddle along :)

yeah, i know but i didnt start it, my post meant that a common plec would still get to big for a 4ft tank. i didnt meantion waiting for it to grow at all, or anything about upgrading.
