Hey guys...
I have heard that plecos love zuchinni, so we picked some up to try and see if ours can be so generalized.
My questions are as follows:
Should we cook it, or leave it raw?
How can we keep it from floating, we don't have a veggie clip and can't pick one up right now?
How often should he get one?
How much at a time?
I don't like it myself, so I've never dealt with the stuff, so I know nothing about it. Heh.
Any comments appreciated.
Oh and I know my Mollies love the algae wafers, should I plan on them liking this as well??

Depends on the type of pleco, but any omnivorous/veggie eating one will usually pick it up pretty fast.
Blanch it (put it in hot water for a moment - not cooking exactly) and it'll probably sink by itself. I've put mine in raw plenty of times and either rubberbanded it to something heavy in the tank, or even left it floating before, and my pleco will eat it once he has eaten it a few times.
I give them veggies about 2x a week.
Amount depends on size of the fish and stuff like that. Start off with a thinner slice to get him used to it and not waste it all, haha. You can leave the veggie in for about a day, so once you learn how much he'll eat in that time, you've found the right amount.
And yup, lots of other fish will love zucchini. Just about every fish eat it in one of my tanks, haha.

As a side note - my fish were a bit slow to pick up on it at first. They took about a week (with freshish slices being added) before realizing... hey, yumm! So don't despair if they don't eat right away.

If you have a plant weight, you can put that through it to hold it down. You can also feed slices of cucumber and my fish like pieces of cooked brocolli (leftovers from sunday roast).

I cut a half inch(ish) slice off, put it in a mug with cold water just covering it and microwave for 30 secs. For hassle free way of making it sink just grab an old teaspoon, rinse it and stick the handle through the middle of the veggie and chuck it in the tank. All my fish love it not just the bottom feeders.
