i have to lepoard plecs and the bigger one always chases and bites the little and you can see the markes on it is it ok because i herd it can stunt there growth and kill them is this true

Plecs like to establish their own territory and a 90l isn't going to be big enough long term for them to do that.
With the potential to reach up to 18", they would need a tank at least 6ft+.
You would be best rehoming them and get a couple of Bristlenose Plecs instead. ;)

whats the smallest tank you could keep a bristlenose plec in coz i was thinking of getting a plec for my 54l tank

They are smaller than Common Plecos as Commons can reach 24". Unfortunately, they weren't being completely truthful with you.
Have you got a pic of your Plec?
As for the 54l, what other fish do you have in there?

nah broke me camra
4 guppies 3 mollys 3 platy and a cory

You could do with upping the Cories to about 5 as they prefer to be in groups.
With your current stocking, there wouldn't be room to add a Plec.

i was thinking of gettin red of the guppies and i was given the cory and he was on his own and seems happy on his own

Even though he seems happy, he would be even happier if kept in a group. They are a sociable little fish and become more playful when kept in a small group.
Bristlenose Catfish can reach 6" and produce a lot of waste. They also prefer plenty of flow in the water.
Even if you were to rehome the Guppies, a 54l wouldn't be ideal for a Plec.

google these two to see if it is any of these, both are given the common name leopard pleco

L008 peckoltia
gibbiceps

that is a gibbiceps which will reach lengths of upto 24 inches in length and so are totally unsuitable for tanks that are less than 400L+
