Hello all,
A few months ago, I bought a lovely Albino Bristlenose Pleco.
He looked healthy enough; a bit shy at first, but he's fine with the rest of his tank mates now.
However, I've noticed that over the past few months, he's developed some sort of mole or freckle just below his mouth.
I'm not sure what this part is called, but please reference the picture below;
Does anybody have any idea what this is, so I can get some medication for him if needed?
N.B. All the other fish in the tank seem fine, including the two other Bristlenose Plecos. I'm unsure whether this condition (if harmful) is related to Plecos specifically, or a general disease that any fish can get, so I apologise if this is posted in the wrong place.
Many, many thanks to anybody who can shed some light on this!
