It looks like he's scraped himself and has a fungal secondary infection.

I have to say (and I hope you don't take it personally) but that is a horrible substrate...I would want to change that; it could be what your fish has injured himself on.

Sand, or for plecs, even a fine-ish gravel would be a lot better.

I got a spare bag of sand and ill buy some treatment tomorrow, so its all good.
