Nothing wrong with calling a guppy tail fluffy, a male guppy without a fluffy or even a frilly tail aint no male at all.

I prefer the female guppies....I don't really like the fluffy tails B) .
However in planted aquariums male guppies can look stunning, as demonstrated here .
