after losing frosti back in december, our other cat sandi really missed him, so we decided to get another cat to keep him campany. ( not sure wether it was too soon or not but we glad we did.) let me introduce cookie ( after alistair cook - the night we took him home he was watching the ashes and answerd to the name cookie ) the intergration with sandi was easier then we thought. sorry for the photo over load, but being a proud new mum i couldn't help it.

Awwwwww they are gorgeous! What breed are they? I have a Turkish Angora that looks like your ginger one.

Aww he's so gorgeous ^^ He looks almost like a little lynx in that fourth picture with those ear tufts

Sometimes you have to do what's right for your remaining animal When we lost our Labrador in July a couple of years back, our German Shepherd was so unlike herself and cried so much that we had to get her new companion by mid August, even though it was too early for us.

thank you for the nominations. they are maine coons. he look small now but he may grow to 10kg when he stop growing.

Oh Tucan, I'm so glad it has worked well for you all - I know it was a hard decision to make - but boy what a beauty Cookie is He looks like he is going to be big! And how lovely to see what looks like a smile on Sandie's face

thanks seffie and thanks for the advice. at the monment they greet each other whenever one of them come in to the room, but sandi is a night cat and cookie is a nutter of a morning cat and he wants to play with sandi when all sandi is sleep. the other thing is although ther are 2 bowls of food cookie will insists on eating out of the one sandi picked ( contain adult food ) and ignore his bowl with the kitten food, and when sandi had enough of cookie barging in, he put one of his paw on cookie then push his head down to the floor while continue eating and only let go when he finish his food. i will try to get a photo of it.
