yes, fluffy balls, I would say fungus, but probably that would be secondary problem, skin tissue damaged, like small wounds in the area of it's head. Parasites???

Can you see any parasites attached to the fish get a magifying glass to take a look.
You will need a bacterial med for the fluffy bits.

Any disc shaped objects with legs, any pitting on the head.

That pink mark below her fin has it always been there.
Also anchor worm look like nylon with a forked tail.

Yes it has a yellow worm in the pit.

Can't see any worms, but it looks like deeps very small wounds, the number of these spots has doubled since two days ago, I have just put the fish in a small tank and will apply some antibacterial treatment, but also maybe combine with other , as I suspect parasites to be problem causing those tissue wounds. The fish could not obtain these wounds from any other fish in the tank, mostly small fish__amazon river set up --and only other two angel fishes, smaller than this male, which I had for almost 4 years.
Will ask for an advice in the store

yes i would say its hith with some bacterial infection due to open wounds. both these can spread to the other tank occupants so its best if the whole tank is treated. Sometimes the fish store people aren't the best advice givers imo.
