Please Identify This Fish

I bought group of Black Phantom Tetras but one of them turn out really different.
Could someone please tell me what fish is that?
They don't sell it in the shop where I bought this fish this is why I'm asking here.

I think its a serpae tetra

Looks like a Red-base Tetra (Hemigrammus stictus) having just scoured SF, not a species I've come across before, lovely looking fish!

Biggest thing of note I read on the profile is that they are easy intimidated by boisterous tankmates.

Thanks It looks exactly the same. She/he is schooling with my Golden Tetras - same size, and looks pretty happy but ill try to buy few more of those if I get the chance.
