please help

please help! i am a new fish tank owner and have found these weird little wormy things on the back wall of my tank.(i have a black background on my tank.) i also found these white little balls i tried to scoop out of my tank.please let me know b/c i have been on a fish killing spree, unrelated issues, and would love to save these little guys. if possible, i would like to know of any remedies that can help.

Are any anchored to the fish? If not, stop feeding for a couple of days, and do daily water changes.

if you've got tiny white worms crawling on the surface of the glass in the aquarium they might be planaria. "Planaria are often found in aquariums with uneaten food. The planaria won't hurt the fish, but they are a symptom of too much gravel containing too much uneaten food, and that is not good for fish."
