Please Help

got 2 today spent 1 hour put them in the tank .the big one same to sink to the bottom by ok after a bit. the small one same ok by 1hour later the small one was upside down at the bottom of the tank so he in a net still upside down but still breathing . not sure what to do .please help ?
(it did take the fish shop a long time to catch them do u think it might be stress )

What was the ph of the store to your tank, what are water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Sounding like a bacterial infection.

How many gallons is the tank? How did you go about aclimatising them to the tank exactly?

I lost one in a tank upgrade, the thing went mental then keeled over.
