Please Help

im sooo confused on what i need to set this flippin filter up, in my 2213 i have a little white basket and in that white basket i have the EHFIMECH, 1 corse filter pad, EHFISUBSTRAT, and one fine filter pad.

but in my new filter the is no white basket, and ther are 2 course filter pads these touch right to the sides of the filter....what do i need to buy...do u need the white basket or not or do i just need to buy more corse filter pads?

the filter you have has no white baskets in it, the water goes in at the bottom (if i can remember properly) and is drawn up threw all the media and then pumped out the top.
all i used to do with mine was get a plastic net bag and fill it with media put that inside then the sponge on top. just fill it enough to get the lid on properly, to much and you might slow your flow rate down abit as it squashes the media.

yer you can put what every you wish inside the filter. you should have a green plastic mesh thing on short legs that goes on the bottom first so the media is slightly rased from the bottom. then just fill the rest with media put your sponge and fine floss on top of that then another green mesh thing on top of that and make sure it closes properly with out haveing to forse it down.
