please help sick oscar

hi all i'm new and i have a little over a two year old albino oscar, he has these hole thing on his head and face. either hole in the head or head rot i've looked on the internet for cures, if anyone has had an oscar that had this and has cured it please let me know how i can help my oscar before he dies. thanks

If he has Hole in the head dont worry its easy to cure, just do 40% water changes each day, in about a week he will be back to normal. If the holes are very very tiny they might just be sensor pits so theres nothing to worry about there.
On another note, if a Oscar gets hole in the head it may be because the tank is way to small for him OR your filters are just not good enough to handle a Oscar.

May i ask the tank size and filters you have?

he is in a 55 upright tank, and we have two filters on his tank and the holes are kinda white in color and big now PLEASE HELP WE DONT WANT HIM TO DIE
