Please Help!, Pregnant Platy Bloating Out And Not Giving Birth

Please can someone help me, my platy started to give birth about 4 days ago i spotted 1 baby but she is still at the bottom of the tank getting bigger and bigger she i very bloated. She does not eat and can not get off the bottom of the tank, she also has rapid gill movement.
Also my barb has been looking unwell for about 7 days and she looks constipated and has got solid white jelly coming out of her bum, she also tips forward and nearly rolls over and is not eating.
I have treated the tank with reviterliser tonic to try and help them 7 days ago, but they are still ill.
My Tank readings are normal:
Ammonia -0
PH-8.2
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-20
One more thing i moved house about 4 weeks ago and lost no fish at all, but would the move have affected my fish to make them this ill?.

You might try with your platy adding a tiny bit of salt and increasing the temp a little bit, maybe she isnt comfortable enough to give birth. Do you have lots of hiding spots for her and the fry??

I cant put salt in the tank as i have a catfish in there, she has many hiding spots and plants, she has been pregnant about 4 times now as has had no problems untill now , she has never been that swallen and has never sat at the bottom of the tank like she is. She realy is having alot of rapid gill movement and her gills a very pale.

Im now thinking its a internal bacteria problem

I need more advice before i treat her with anything realy.
