i am setting up 2 tanks and i would like to know which plant are the best and can survive under wanter! because i brought someplants and they all went to pecies! and can you tell me how to grow the plants and raise them to become stong healthy plants? please!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the choice of plants is nearly as exhaustive as fish 
....
...like fish different plants prefer different water conditions pH, soft, hard, ammount of/intensity of light, feeding, co2, substrate etc. depends what your water is like .....? and we'll go from there...
Going by your name and you saying all your plants went to pieces - I'm guessing there might be a conection here - some fish will eat just about any plant material......
I occassionaly use CO2 and liquid fertalizer and this has a noticable effect on the plants - generally pick ones that arnn't too demanding and you shouldn't go too far wrong
