Please Help Me With My Eheim Filter

hi my friend has just given me a eheim filter but it doesnt work properly there is a plastic peice that snaped at the top can anyone show me a picture of theres or tell me which part i need please.
any help would be great

it is called an impellor
go to a Eheim stockist and tell them the make and model you have
(ie Classic 22??) then they can order it for you.
It won't cost an arm and a leg, around a fiver if I remember correctly

i have ordered one, do you think its that thats broken?is there anything else which goes in that section?

nope it is normerly the impellor, either the magnet gets scored or the ceramic shaft snaps.

wolf man hi i have got my new part, the impellor. and fitted it, it made a ratling noise and sucked some water and then stopped. when i looked at the picture on the rapping of the impellor it looks like there should be a spindle with 2 clips each end, mine hasnt got one, can anyone advise me please on weather there should be a spindle in the middle of the impellor?
