My clown keeps swimming into the filter outlet and is laying in the outlet chamber where the biowheel spins. (probably should post a picture) I'm afraid he's going to get stuck up there. I already flushed him out like 5 times tonight but he keeps going back. I even lowered the water level so he'd have to swim up a small current to get in there and he's back in there. Should I be worried about him or should I just assume he can get himself back out(there should be enough room for him to wiggle around and head back out)??

Edit: Heres a pic of what he's swum into.

I lost a clown loach that way - crushed by a fast moving bio wheel! :(

Some have suggested placing a small amount of nylons over the opening - so he cant swim up in there.

they love tight hiding holes... is there anywhere else tight and dark he could hide?? if noy fty and find something for him and he might leave the filter alone...

our smallest keeps hiding between the tank bracket and the filter... we lost a guppy in our last tank when it did the same and got stuck.

  That's horible. :( You haven't been letting him watch "Finding Nemo" have you?? Can he get to the Porcelian Express from the tank??  :D
