Please Advise......urgent

Have just returned from work to find my betta face down, gave hin a little nudge to check if he was ok, for him to actively swim....but with a really difined white face....

I have taken him out of the talk and he is now on his own....Please advise.....

does the white stuff have a hairy or cottony look to him? if so, thats typical columnaris which bettas are relatively suceptible to. what are your water stats in ph, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate?

kinda, but the area is so so defined.....I cannot get my water checked until the morning.....they were perfect a week and a half ago.....is their anything I can do

Yes a water change while you get your water tested it might be stress for now.
