Platy Problem!

My red platy has a white patch just above his left fin. A month ago, I moved him into a hospital tank and treated him with various medications, but his condition did not improve. I used: Jungle Parasite Clear, Quick Cure, Jungle Fungus Clear and Melafix. Just today, I noticed that he isn't moving his left fin as he swims. What else can I do with this poor little guy?

Ammonia - 0
Nitrate - 5.0
Nitrite - 0
pH - 7.0

I have pictures of him taken a month ago when this white growth started.

Did you try salt by any chance? I always find it very helpful with any platy problems

Unfortunately, my platy died. But to answer your question Chooklet, I added some salt in the hospital where he was kept.
