Platy May Have Stuck Babies?

I do not mean to post 2 times, but please help me determine what to do about my Sunburst platy, she had her fry today, and now her uterus is coming out, and I cannot tell if babies are stuck! Here is the link to the picture of my fish as well. Thank You!
