Please help i have only 2 platties left!

I have had my tank up and running for quite awhile now. everything was going swimmingly!!! but now ive lost all but 2 of my platties why?
the last fish i added were leopard tetra? and zebra somethings and since then my fish tank has become less and less.

the symtoms are my platties go to the top of the tank and stay there. They feed ok and swim occasionally.

i have done regular water changes etc and do not overfeed my fish what am i doing wrong.

also im not sure if the fish in my community tank are nipping at my beta

please help asap

sorry i have had my tank now for about 1 year. im not able to provide water readings at the moment because its my mate that does that for me and hes out

if it is a bacterial problem for my platys what can i do?

First of all can you post test results in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph, what size tank is it.

Yes, start by answering that question - also tell us how long this tank has been running with fish exactly, how many fish and of what species you have in there and whether the tank is cycled (if you don't know what cycling is, check the link in my signature - this is exactly why I put it there :D ).

The leopard 'tetras' are probably leopard danios and the zebra 'something' are also danios. Bettas don't usualy do well with these active fish because they can be nipped and cannot compete too well for food.

Try feeding your fish a shelled pea in case of swim bladder disorder. However, I think it far more likely that the platies have some bacterial infection.
