Platinum Long Tail Girly

I put the Platinum girl next to the Lavendar Veil Tail boy, because her tail was getting chewed up in the Alpha Betta Sorority tank. It was getting blooded. I noticed yesterday that she seemed to have new blood on her tail. Tonight her tail seems to be more chewed up than before. Ever since I've had her her tail has been chewed looking.

Do girls chew their tails?

Well, now she's holed up in the back of her cup and looking very withdrawn. Sometimes the pepper goes in to sit with her and see how she's doing. But for the life of me I can't see what she could be so down about. Nor do I have a clue how to help her.

They usually chew because of stress, or boredom. Maybe the male was stressing her out?

If she's chewing her tail she's been doing it since long before she met Lavendar Boy. There's been more stressing in the ladies tank since I put Samson near them. It saved his life, but the girls have gotten catty.

I really don't know. I'm more inclined that she's anxcious because she can't see him through the divider. They each got over the divider after the last water change, but I fixed that.

But Rocky Balboa, the survivor pepper, may be contimplaiting persuading the lady he's with to drop me some eggs.
