Fish Fanatic
I have a quick question. One of my platies, when he comes up to eat blows bubbles from his gills and mouth. The other does not do this, except from his mouth. The molly I have blows bubbles too from his mouth, but the one platy is the only that has the bubbles coming from his gills .... Is this normal?
Also, I have these brine shrimp I feed my fish a couple times a week... and the shrimp come in a package about 1/2 in by 1 1/2 in. I can only feed them a couple shrimp at a time, I think which isn't even a 1/5 of the bag.....Is this too little...or are there just too many shrimp for 3 fish?? Also, after I do give these to them..I usually give them flake food 2-3hours later...should I be doing this ..or is just the shrimp good enough...
I am using the MINI Penguin filter that came with the setup. It's not only the one platy, but both, however the molly seems fine
