ok forgot the pic, der i will have a go now, not always successfull
and the leaves come through curled up and uncurl they are sometime redish or pink also

A truly awesome crypt, featured in a fair amount of Armanos works.
Lovely copper / reddish speckling to the leaves when settled and happy.
Grows fairly quick for a Crypt which is a bonus to.


I would jump at a swap for this, but have enough already.

I do have 1 x marimo ball and some amzon Frogbit to swap if you have any other plants u want to trade fishyfeet?

thank you so much, i was given this plant by another fish keeper and to be honest it takes over my tank thats the only problem and ive never had much success in passing it on to others as i used to be vague as it its origin and even if it really was a cyrpt, but thats all history now thanks to you, i would the marimo ball i do have a couple of other plants that are doing well and will have to trim them back a bit soon and hopefully you will want some of them.

There are between 10 and 15 full grown plants, £15 all included, postage is prob 2 or 3 quid and the package and packing them and running to the postoffice first thing monday.

ok so there are lots of the two plants, they are both tall leggy plants, one is some sort of hygrophilia i thing, the bright green stemy one, its has lots of roots showing so easy to plant and takes very well, long and easy 2.5 foot long, although you can easy pinch off the top six inches and plant it in the substrate or send to someone, nice and easy to control new leaves are tinged with pink, - the other one, tend to grow in a clump very tiny leaves and new growth in pink with dark green for the older leaves, sends up new shoots and the clump gets bigger rather than spreading it tend tend to grow in excess of 2 foot long. I have about 4 pics of each plant if you email me i will send you pics of the one you like the sound off.

Either trade for something im open to offers, whatever you have more off, or £1 a plant plus postage, or over £5 p & p included.

Grown in fine gravel, with no co2 or ferts, fast growing and nitrates hungery plants keep the water a better quality and keep algae down to a minimum. If you need more advice pm me or email diane012011@hotmail.co.uk
