I agree with Circus' post, but here I would also say there is a nutritional issue, as the new leaf growth on the plant on the right is not looking good. The left sword plant looks better, and the new growth emerging from the crown is how the submersed leaves will appear with respect to shape.
Are you providing any nutrients to the swords? These plants are heavy root feeders, and a quality substrate fertilizer tab can result in remarkable growth and vitality.
Lighting (intensity, spectrum, duration) is an important factor but from the photos not the problem here, unless I am mistaken (which does happen), but I think the above issue is the first thing to deal with.
