Planted Tank Looking Green

So i have a planted tank and recently my tank has started to look really green i am not to sure if this is because of the light the light i have is one of them lights that are in built in the lid of the tank.


the light is pretty old so i think i might just need a new light but i am not to sure.

Most of the day from 9 to about 10 also its just one tube light that i have had for over 5 years lol.
