Plant Tank No Heater Query

Hi folks i have a few tanks and was just using this 25 litre tank with just a sponge filter to keep plants in it ,

i dont have any heater or substrate or gravel in this , mainly water sprite Java Moss in it, no fish,

I have noticed which i think is Detritus worms.

Just wondering if i should put some fish or snails or shrimp interested in any recommendations

Fish won't normally eat the worms. If you don't want them in the tank, take the plants out and rinse them under tap water. Wash the tank out and set it back up.
