Plant Id Please

Could someone identify this plant please? I narrowed it down to 2 species but want to get your responses first. Also I would like to know how to propagate it.

looks like guppy grass but I could be wrong, if it is then just leave it floating and it should just produce side shoots and soon enough take over the tank!

To me, it looks like it could be a Japanese Rush plant, but I'm not sure. If anyone doesn't have an answer by the time I get home, I'll try to look it up in my encyclopedia of aquatic plants.
