Hello,
Many of my plants are experiencing a "growth spurt". My Anubias and Cryptocoryne are growing new stems, my floaters have much bigger leaves and my background plants are growing tall rapidly!😃 Anyone else experiencing a plant Growth spurt?

Wait till your frogbit looks like this
Frogbit in main tank.jpg

I eventually got rid of mine as the roots were trailing on the bottom of the tank and getting tangled up with the other plants. I've gone back to water sprite.

They look great! Congrats. What's the name of the plant on the second picture? The one with the "skinny " stems/leaves?

It's when there's a few inches of root trailing on the substrate, wrapping round the plants rooted in the substrate that the problems start. I trimmed them so they came about half way down the tank but by next week they were trailing on the substrate again.

Thanks! Everyone I ask at the lfs and chains here gives me a different answer 🤣
Which answers then?
This is where I got the Myriophyllum mattogrossense from:
