3 gallons would be very hard to maintain, how come you want to have one so small?
My only advice would be... probably to do it a little bit bigger to save you so much work!

oh do,nt worry i right now maintain two nano,s and 4 normal ones.... so freshwater is a bit new to me to be exact.

Ok, so probably your only choices would be from the dwarf goby family

Ringeye dwarf goby
blue dot goby
spikefin goby
pygmy goby
convict goby

to name but a few which reach a size of approx 1.4 or less,............ will do ok in a tank your size, but they really are only for the experienced aquarists who has the time for a lot of water changes and keeps on top of their tank chemistry
