hi, iv been reading a few posts that were going on about how to get live rock/ corals to really flourish and one thing that is stickng out in my head is plankton, so is it possable to buy plankton or something in a bottle that will make live rock / corals flourish

Phytoplankton can be bought and is a base food and that all life will consume one way or another all the way up the food chain. Corals will consume it as will many micro-organisms in turn these will be eatern by the inverts and fish.
