Pink Spray

I was cleaning my tank today and I pressed on a rock and a pink spray came out. It was not like blood it was more like a cloud and as far as I know I have nothing under that one rock.

Any Ideas?

Probably pink sponge,I have lots of the stuff which grows on my rock and easily breaks up into a cloud if squished.
