Pink Convicts Spawning

hi everyone i was cleaning my 20 gallon and i found a ton of eggs and the only fish in the tank are 2 pink cons one male and one female how long does it take for the eggs to hatch there are alot and they are all gold in color i dont know how long they have been there but they are cool. and can i leave the babies once they are hatched in with the parents or will they eat them?

48-36 hours usually although can be a little longer.
The parents shouldn't eat them, the male may eat a couple when taking them back to the cave or place where the eggs were spawned, my HRPs are doing a sterling job with there fry. Very good parents

thanks ok do you think that lfs,s will buy the pink con babies from me and how long do i have to raise them before i can sell them?

If the LFS will take them or not depends on the LFS, there aren't many that will take convicts usually. As for the size, ask the LFS what size they will take them, it's normally around 1".

Depends, what you feed them, how much, how often, water change schedule, temperature, genetics etc.

Whatever the case they will reach 1 inch in no time.My male convict reached 7' in 6 months or less from 1 inch
