Pingi Pingi "Rhino Face"

My lfs has two tanks of these in, same fish, one tank described as Rhino Face and the other Pingi Pingi.

Does anyone know, are they tropicals or cold water? From what I can find on here and on the net they are cold water, but the lfs has them in tropical tanks.

They look kinda interesting, a very dinosaur like face. They are about 2.5 to 3" long, and selling at £10 if anyone's after one!

I've really struggled to find exactly what they are - is it Garra Pingi Pingi as in that profile ?
Edit: I see Ryan actually did a profile on it.

Oh, also I don't think this belongs in Oddball's either but in "Cyprinids"
