Pike Characin Problem

My pike characin has developed a white hump by his stomach. I'm not an expert, so I have no clue what's happening. Is it just it's stomach expanding or does it have a disease of some sort?

Are there any tankmates missing or have you fed a large meal in the last couple of days.

I can't take a photo at the moment because my camera is in for repair. There are no tank mates missing. I think he must have just had a big meal because the bump is a bit smaller this morning.
